Climb on hold procedures question

I was just wondering if anyone could help me out and provide an example of an airport that has climb in hold procedures? Also, what is in en route holding fix and what would be an example of one?

Climb in hold: MEM ILS 27.

En route hold (a charted hold along an airway): COLIN intersection.
