How is the easiest and most effective way to clean/polish inside windscreen? Any luck with the magnetic devices?

I am not sure what you mean by magnetic devices? Sounds like something I should learn about?
I used this kit to do my windscreen, inside and out. I did the inside by hand, the outside with a drill.
It works real good. You won't mess up your windscreen with it.

Do you have any before and after pictures? Were most of the scratches you removed surface level, or deeper? I've tried a few other products with not great results so curious to hear about this one.

No pictures that I can think of, I'll look.
One night late, right before I left the hangar. I grabbed a micro fiber towel to clean the bugs off, last minute deal. It had a small piece of red scotchbrite abrasive pad stuck in it. I didn't notice at first until I saw the scratches I was putting on the outside of the windscreen! Dang that sucked.
Luckily the polish removed them without any distortion.
I did not have to use the 2 most aggressive polishes as the 3rd one removed all the scratches and the 4th finest really made it perfect.
My buddy studied it when I was done and could not see any imperfections. Good stuff, got it from Spruce.

Thanks for the pirep, will definitely be picking up this kit and giving it a go then!

I am more interested in getting to the lower forward portion than polish. This is the premium device. Any use similar. https://windshieldwow.com/products/pro-set
I recently cleaned out my garage and came across a plastic handle with a pivoting head very similar to your picture.
I didn't know what it was for? Thanks for posting that.
Now I have to go look and see if I saved it. I don't think it had a magnet on it?

The idea of the magnet is to hold the inner cleaning pad from outside the window. Can’t say how well it works, but the theory makes sense.

If that product can be put on an extension, you might be on to something. Renegade has a similar product for 1/2 the price.

I used this on a previous plane where there was light scratches. Worked great. I did use a drill for the buffing, kept the RPMs low and kept moving across the surface.
