Hello there! A friend of mine has Classic Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia (CAH).

Does anyone know if this will cause them difficulty in getting a 3rd class medical? They're interested in getting their PPL.

Yes, I know they will need to see an actual FAA Medical Examiner (of course) but they'd like to know in advance if this is a complete deal breaker or if it'll be no issue at all or if there's some middle ground.

If anyone has information or can tell me where I could find a list of limiting conditions online that would be appreciated.

This person is very active in junior ROTC and able to exceed all physical fitness requirements for it. Do you have a gut feeling whether or not this would be an easy case for the FAA to approve or if this is going to be a difficult battle?
