I'm posting anonymously because of some of things I heard from various people who know the pilot. I'm actually surprised no one has posted this before. I heard about it a couple weeks ago but wanted to read the prelim to see how it matched with friends stories... matches pretty well! Allegedly he's quite the show-off and has scared the crap out of a few of his passengers in the past. Rumor also has it he has a night medical restriction, but it was almost midnight when this little incident happened. He already admitted to descending below approach minimums, and those were 300 feet.... so pretty dang low to be flying at 130kts. I dug up the ATC too, but it spreads over two archive times and I don't know how to make a compact recording.
