Cirrus SR22 Crash in Washington in Olympic Mountains

How do you explain those wing impressions - both are pretty significant/deep? It looks like it landed in a flat spin with the right wing and nose spinning to the left and thus kicking more snow. Amazing photos, glad they made it out OK. Wonder if they had to climb out the baggage door or tail?
