I'm looking at an aircraft that had an O470-R overhaul ~600 hours back by Chuck Ney Enterprises in Tulsa, back in 2010.

Does anyone have any feedback or testimonials that they can give me about this repair station?

Undoubtedly one of the best overhauler of his time.
he is dead, and the kids are running the place, took me 8 months to get a C-85 case back from them.
 
Great shop when Chuck was alive, tried to get in touch to do a case last month, no one answers phone.
 
Went with central cylinder. Too bad I was going to have ney nozzle mod done.
