Meet the Fokkers
Finally happening looks like.
Not huge news, but will possibly make things better from a compatibility standpoint moving forward. We run into a lot of software vendor hassles now, due to one supporting IE only, the other Chrome only, and most of the government websites lagging behind by a few versions/new standards. So we have to run multiple browsers on our clients. Patch patch patch..
Firefox is really the only 'major' player left now for the most part, and I wouldn't be surprised to see it die out over the years.
Hopefully this will help the government find some direction to move toward and get things updated. Wishful thinking probably, but never know.
