Check out this "acrobatically trained deer" video

Wow, who could know deer can fly .
 
He apparently was so pumped up on testosterone during the rut that he not only could fly but he obviously felt no pain by the way he got up and ran off. The doe he was on the trail of must have been a hot one.
 
Holy cow... !!! I mean, Holy flying deer, Batman..!!!

It ran off with its tail down.....sometimes not a good sign. I have seen severely to fatally injured deer get up and run a short distance after being hit by a car or bullet.
 
I sent a deer flying much further than that with my 1990 dodge spirit turbo. I was going 30 mph, hit it and it stopped me dead, set off the air bags. The deer flew about 100 feet in a flat spin and landed on someone's porch. He got up, and ran over to my car, not very fast as his rear legs weren't moving that well, he was aimed for my door, I moved forward about 20 feet, he went in the woods about 20 feet and collapsed. The car was totaled, I liked that car.
