Charted Unusable Route

Any idea why Aeronav would continue to publish an unusable route and not just remove it from the chart? Maybe it will be usable sometime in the future or to show that it has been removed for the next few cycles?

Pull up all the FDC NOTAMs sometime. There's a significant chunk of the U.S. navigation network unusable or otherwise goofed up all the time.

I've found no good tool yet to get a visualization of the various outages and signal problems at different altitudes other than just stare and compare between a proposed route and the textual NOTAMs.
