Flight Instructor Wanted!

O.K. "CONTACT!" subscribers, maybe you can help us. Show us the power of the internet. Please forward this email to those you think may be interested. Jeff Welch is moving Sioux Falls, SD in February to be closer to his fiancee. He has taken a postion with Business Aviation. We wish him the best of luck in his flying future.

We have received many inquiries from around the country, but I am hesitant to meet with people from outside of WI, IL, MI, & MN only because I would feel bad about not hiring someone who had traveled so far for an interview. Also, people from outside the upper midwest may just not understand what they're getting into regarding the WI winters.

If you would like to know more about WFS you can check out our website at www.flywausau.com You'll be working from an existing base of students. Duties of the position will be primarily primary flight instruction. You will be required to work the line (customer service, aircraft fueling, etc.) with total (flight time/line) weekly time at work being minimum 40 hours. Pay is base salary plus hourly wage for instruction given. Benefits include health insurance and (1 week) paid vacation after 6 months.

Each CFI that works here works as a team to teach. We all have our own specialties: tailwheel, stick & rudder, Cirrus CSIP, advanced etc. So although we help each other with clients, we each have a different perspective to add. We're in the "adventure business", not a professional pilot school. Our competition is not other flight schools or FBO's. Our competition is Harley Davidson, Sea Doo, kayaking, skiing, etc. We teach the "art of flight" one-on-one. We instruct under part 61 not 141. Therefore our clients have different motivations which we have to work with. It is fun, challenging, and you can make it what you want to. Check out our website. See what you think. If you are self motivated, and still interested. Email me and let's meet.
