Has anyone here done the IO-550 upgrade on a C-180 or 182?

I would very much like to hear some real data from the horses mouth on performance gains.

I have flown one. Off the runway at the second marker and 160kts in cruise.

As for the cost effectiveness of it, you can't take your money with you when you die, right ?

The data ? It's a hoot !
