Cessna 175 sea plane crashed KLCI 11/10/2022

A 175 sea plane crashed into a couple building short of the runway at Laconia Airport. Minor building damage, plane looks totaled. Pilot ok. No indication of why, maybe fuel exhaustion? No mention of fuel spill in articles and no fuel on the ground in pictures.

I suspect he flew to the crash site, which is a good thing and probably why he lived. Apparently he is 70 and has head trauma and face lacerations. I wonder if airbags would have helped. There are buildings on the approach path to 26, but really no reason to be near them unless you are having an issue like an engine out.

No, just ok, as in not dead. But if you think about it, he survived a plane crash, so I'm sure even with his injuries he feels the outcome is "totally satisfactory" versus being dead. You are pretty hung up on two letters, aren't you?
