Howdy. I was born in Killeen. Spend part of the year in College Station when not at my primary home in Alaska.

Well, I was 10 years at Skunkworks, 5 years NAVY, 25 years as a contractor for rotor wings, heavy jets, business jets and experimentals, mostly structures/ composites, but some engines. Ive not done much as far as recip engines. Im still learning ever day. Im sorta getting into drones right now, but not Evtol. I think electric planes are ridiculous in their present configurations. Im half handedly working on a jet powered heavy lift vehicle, like a quad or octocopter, but with a jet powerplant and vectored thrust.

I did some float building up in Alaska in the mid 80's. Good money, but I left before it got too cold

I understand. It works the other way, too. I escape TX when it starts getting hot.
