Drama continues in the private residence helipad saga near Brainerd, MN on Gull Lake. I've got too many friends and acquaintances on all sides to be able to speak up too loudly anywhere other than here unfortunately, but isn't the idea of landing your own helicopter on the front lawn of your own lake home property the pinnacle of the American dream?

It used to be at least close to that, but it seems like a lot of people now dream of becoming millionaires after suing the people who live next door and land their helicopter in the front yard of their lake house instead.

And then those people spend their hard-won/s money on expensive electronics to run a program so that they can pretend they're landing a helicopter from the comfort of their bedroom...
