Hubby is trying to take his AGI test and they cannot get into CATS. The phone number goes to an automated "All the curcuits are busy" recording. Does anyone know what is going on?

After waiting 2-1/2 hours, he got in. Made 95. Will go to the FSDO next week to become a certifiable instructor.
