Is it posted anywhere other than here? I might have someone in mind interested.

Useful load? Typical cruise speed?
Lovely airplane, as others have mentioned.

Kenny, thanks for the compliments.

For XCs, I cruise at 148 KTAS, burning 10.6 GPH (ROP), which is 75%. Typical config for my XCs are as shown in the last picture of my initial post, where the aircraft weighed 2331 pounds and the CG was 106.9 when that photo was taken. If the CG was a bit farther back, I'm sure I could get to the magic 150, but I just hate adding extra weight for a couple of knots.

For an easy going 60% cruise, I like 133 KTAS at 9 GPH (Peak), and for putting around sightseeing, 52% power, 110 KTAS @ 7.1 GPH (also Peak).

61 Gallon Fuel Tanks
9.6 Hours Maximum Endurance
1,065 NM (1,224 SM) Maximum Range
916 Pound Useful Load (back seat installed)
943 Pound Useful Load (back seat removed)

There are some things I did purposefully knowing I'd lose Useful, such as the 1/4" windshield, Hush Kit, heavy-duty metal Aft Bulkhead (behind the cargo compartment) vs the thin plastic factory bulkhead, heavy carpet, etc. The airplane will easily carry 40 gallons and four FAA adults for a local sightseeing tour, but for two people on a XC with full tanks and baggage, the Hush Kit and other luxuries were an acceptable tradeoff.

Nice that you got it sold. As my medical is now in deferral I was suddenly not looking for a plane!
