I can't think of a witty comment right now but what the hell is going on there? His pants are too long, the pink belt...whatever else there is there. WMD between the cheeks?
 
Sorta interesting that this is going on the foreground, yet all of the other agents are focused elswhere.

It looks like some dude who had to borrow some huge guy's pants, for whatever reason.

Stuffed things in to make 'em fit and grabbed something pink for a belt to keep 'em up.

Shirt too, in all fairness I'd probably wonder if he was hiding something
