Can you identify this aircraft?

This video from Tan Son Nhut Airport in Saigon (1968) is full of airplane eye candy. There's an aircraft at 3:30 that I can't identify... appears to be a low wing twin taildragger with fixed gear and bulbous wheelpants, and short stubby wings carrying two piston engines. It's at the far right in this picture:

Good call! I didn't see the higher wing in the background, that looked like the tarmac edge to me.
