I could swear that I saw an advertisement somewhere for overhauling or refurbishing fine wire plugs to "like new condition" but now I can't seem to find any such service. I would like to have this done to the old plugs in my new engines. I could get new ones for about $2000 but the ones I have are actually running OK and the electrodes themselves look like new.

Anybody know where to look?

Google gives about a hundred hits with addy & phone. :yesnod:

I've used them for over 40 years and to date not a bad plug. They also have used reconditioned if yours won't pass the bomb test.

Thanks guys, that's the one I was looking for. I did locate their ad in TAP and sent an email yesterday.
