Can anyone refer me to a doctor for sleep apnea testing/paperwork?

I use a CPAP. My doctor is unwilling to fill out the required OSA form for the FAA.
I'm happy to pay a doctor willing to conduct another study and complete the paperwork (not asking for anything unethical).

This can all be done remotely, so any doctor in any city should be fine.

Does anyone have a sleep doc they can refer me to?

Thank you

Good luck with that. About 99% of sleep docs insist on "in person" for this one and a history of visits.

In case this helps anyone out - Dreem Health Sleep Clinic does exactly what you're looking for.
They do the testing remotely, are familiar with the FAA paperwork and will fill that out for you, and they're reasonably priced.
Good luck!

I am pretty sure the FAA will only accept type 1 or type 2 tests. Type 1 is in sleep center. Type 2 is take home but it’s got very specific items that it monitors. Many sleep doctors give u a type 3 take home test. i think it’s called a watch pat. but it won’t satisfy the faa. so if u r doing a take home make sure it is a type 2

Type 3 will do for diagnosis, but it takes a type 2 or type 1, to remove the diagnosis.
What if a CPAP or an Oral Mandibular device does not make someone feel better? Will the FAA allow MARPE to widen the upper jaw and nasal airway to increase airflow through the nose, straighten a deviated septum, minimize turbinates and 5 months later after MARPE is removed use Invisalign or braces to straighten the teeth?

did they do it all digitally and then you sent in all the paperwork? Already diagnosed and using a CPAP for over 10 years. Trying to get Private Pilots and now have to fill out the OSA Status form.
