I can legally marry you, anywhere.

No need to bother with all that. In Texas, to get married, all two eligible individuals need to get married is a present intention to be married, to hold themselves out as a married couple, and to cohabitate.
 
An Alaskan can fill out just a little bit of paperwork to be eligible to marry other Alaskans. No ordainment (or pilot's license) necessary.
