Cable

I have a winch I use to pull my plane into the hangar. The steel cable is springy and misbehaves if you don't keep an eye on it. Im pretty sure there is a synthetic or nylon or some kind of plastic rope like cable that can work as a replacement to the steel cable, but looking online I can't find it.

Anyone know?
