Just saw a Cessna 414 with a gear malfunction land safely at OPA.
They had apparently run through all possible options, did several fly bys, but the video showed that the nose gear was not firmly locked (despite the inane comments by the newscasters).
Nice center line, rolled till the nose came down, engines seemed to be near 0 thrust when the props struck. Both occupants (in what appeared to be military style nomex jumpsuits) both hopped out, apparently uninjured.
