I haven't studied the market on this airplane enough to offer much help on the price. You'll have to do your own valuation there.
However, if the airplane has lived on the coast all its life, take a good look for corrosion. While it says it has corrosion protection from the factory, five years is long enough for it to start showing up in the avionics, although at 50 hours a year it hasn't had that much exposure if it's been hangared the rest of the time.
I like the combination of equipment it has ... complete, but not stuffed with gimicky excess.
