Father and son perished. Originated from my home drone CXO, Conroe. A short 20nm flight to UTS, often used for touch n go practice by many at CXO. Not far from rwy 36 threshold, you can see I-45. Smacked hard, nose down. Another stall/spin....

Father and son identified as pilot and co-pilot killed in plane crash at Huntsville airport

Authorities said the father and son on board the Cessna 150K were practicing flying. The cause of the deadly crash is being investigated.

I was at UTS today, a fireman reported someone heard the engine quit on upwind.
