I was out flying today picking up some CONUS Challenge airports. One of the places I stopped was C09. BTW they say it *SHOULD* only be a few more weeks until the new resturant is open and you can eat there again.
But while I was taking a pick for the challenge I stumbled onto their new weather staion. The AWOS-2000 is the most advanced and acurate weather reporting station for pilots. If only all airports had these we would never launch into bad conditions again. I can only say I hope all the airports we visit employ this technology soon.
