Buyer's Agent

The last thread on locating a buyer's agent was two years ago, thus I feel justified starting new....

I have decided to acquire a Diamond DA-40 and located in the Chicago area where I have concerns with respect to going down the path to a purchase without handholding. That said I posted on the Diamond forum, but I'm coming up short of recommendations.

Recommendations for buyer agents, especially those with experience with Diamond aircraft?

Don’t know if this helps, but the AOPA was really useful when I bought my DA40 in 2017. They walked me through the process and helped me shop around for the most competitive insurance and financing. There aren’t that many ADs or major inspection headaches to worry about with DA40s, at least the IO360 versions. Can’t comment on the diesels.
