Same thing several years ago at the University of Washington. There they had surgeons allegedly performing and billing the government for procedures when they weren’t even there. One of the doctors was in Hawaii during some of the procedures.

My favorite was Stanford. In the early 90’s during a federal audit of grants and contractors, the feds discovered Stanford had been charging the government for the President’s yacht. Feds claimed over $200M in overcharges. Stanford settled the matter.
