Hope this isn't a repeat; I did search before posting....

Does anyone have one of these units? It does XM weather too and it's inexpensive, very inexpensive.....

Can someone give us a pilot's review that has one, or has used one?

Thanks!

I was unaware of it! $528 after rebate. http://www.shopbushnell.com/detail/BSN+364000 (Though this is the Onix400, not the Onix400CR, which I don't see)

  • Layer a satellite photo, topo map, compass, navigational aids and XM services on a single screen with TruView Navigation
  • Extra-large 3.5” full color LCD
  • Downloads and displays georeferenced satellite photography
  • Displays XM weather data on the GPS map*
  • XM Satellite radio entertainment including XM sports*
  • SafeTrack battery conservation mode
  • SiRF® GPS receiver
  • Digital compass
  • Embedded 128 micro SD card
  • Rugged rubber armor
  • Waterproof (IPX7 rated) *With XM Satellite subscription

Based on one site I found....
Subscription Pricing Plans

  • XM Satellite Radio (only) $12.95 / month
  • XM Weather (only) $9.95 / month
  • XM Radio & XM Weather $16.94 / month
  • To Activate, Contact XM Listener Care at 1-800-985-9200
Sounds like a stock XM subscription to me.

The thing is... it comes with the bits inside to receive the XM signals after you subscribe with No additional hardware needed.

Ya gotta ask which OEM makes it. Bushnell isn't in the electronics business.

*cough* Garmin. *cough*

Unless there is a Chinese factory that is making "original" GPSs.
