Killed the Easter bunny two weeks before the big day.

Kill the wabbit, kill the wabbit.

Well, this is a new one (at least for moi)...

Apparently the pilot saw it happen, as he knew what had caused the engine problem when he contacted ATC.
According to flightradar24, there was another RT DIA, was headed to Midland, TX. UAL. 5533 today.

RT DIA ??
Sorry….UAL 5533 Took off from Denver International Airport, commonly called DIA, by everyone other than pilots (KDEN) headed a bit south, the returned to DIA according to flightradar. When I saw the news about the bunny, thought that’s the flight, but 5533 went to Midland TX. haven’t found anything about 5533 in the news.

OK, there is no bunny in this video, and while there is an impressive 'flying machine' involved, it's not an aircraft. But this thread gave me an opportunity to post this remarkable video, winner in a 'best trail cam video' contest this year. It's even more impressive when viewed at 1/4 speed. Video captured in western Oregon.

Bobcat vs Turkey

Turkey put up quite a fight after brought to the ground. Almost certainly, the bobcat had a foot, turkey beak may have scored an eye, and then who knows. Turkeys can be very mean fighters, dogs and cats avoid them.
