Today, the one nice day in Colorado without high winds or Tstorms in almost 3 weeks, and I'm dealing with bronchitis. Wondered why I was tired taking the garbage out to the dumpster or 2 flights of stairs to do the laundry this past week. No fever, no aches & pains, but unusual coughing when I take a deep breath. Went to my handy urgent care. On week course of antibiotics (which, if viral, won't help), 2 days of low-dose steroids, and an albuterol inhaler every 4 hours. Now 48 hours after diagnosis and drugs, doing much better.

Am I correct that this is not a nice day for flying afterall?

The three horsemen of the VFRpocalypse:
-weather
-illness
-maintenance/squawks

I've discovered that those three maladies collude to space themselves out to most effectively keep you at 0 AGL. I thought it was just my luck but it seems others are not immune .

From the thread title, I now have a new term for what happens after eating Taco Bell.

Bronshitis.

Thank you!

I got knocked on my derrière' for a couple of weeks last summer by Bronchitis.
