I saw that...and would LOVE one. Too bad there is no way I could afford it! LOL
 
Erm...

The underwater plane uses the downward pressure on its wings to fly through the water for up to two hours at a time, while an open cockpit will give riders a 360-degree view.

That's quite a tale. When I was in junior high I came across a 12 ft propane tank floating in the lake I lived on and towed it home while formulating plans to convert it into a mini-sub. Fortunately my parent's vetoed the idea and made me get rid of the tank, otherwise I probably wouldn't be here today.
