Brand new GPS back in the shop. Arrrrrgh!

So, I dropped The 6 off at the avionics shop again this morning. I had a new GNC-420W installed in January and the GPS doesn't read the OBS properly.
At East and West the unit reads correctly, but anywhere else it is off by 30 degrees.
I showed the shop owner and he ran the "calibration" again and it was still off. I think the whole (new) CDI is probably bad.

Sounds like warranty work. Should be quick to check the wiring and test the CDI unit.
Then check the output from the 420.
