Is there a book I can read that will help me assist a (pilot) friend through the recovery period of a heart attack & bypass? Kind of like, 'here is what to expect, the various potholes on the road to recovery and how to help him keep his chin up and brave the emotional drain".
I have printed out the AOPA factsheet on how to reattain your medical and I think it is the right thing to do to show him it can be done/its not impossible.
Any ideas on what to say or do are also welcome. This is my best friend.
