I've a book which I haven't yet identified. All I know is it is titled, Sky Larking, published by Horace Liveright, 259 pages. Close examination of the binding reveals there are no pages missing (front piece, etc).

The unknown author was a pilot with military background. The writings are in the prose reminiscent of Antoine de Saint-Exupery. I'm fairly certain the book was written and published in 1928. Also, due to handwriting on the inside front cover, I believe the book was a gift to Chas Lindbergh from his sister Lillian.

Wow! I am flummoxed that you found the answer so quickly. I reckon I'll now consider Amazon as a trusted source. Thank you.
