Take a few billion away because of one whistle-blower........do the math.

Kyle, you are correct -- thank you for pointing that out. Here's a longer timeline of the stock price.
I think Boeing's admission of fault with MCAS was in early 2020 (check me on that), and that shows in the stock price.

Does anyone remember what caused the dips in 2022 and late 2023?

The cliff in 2020 is Covid.
 
Markets are a whole other forum but it's interesting that there doesn't seem to be much of a premium on stock insurance below here. Often when a stock is headed for the basement you see a spike in the cost of downside protection.
