I wondered that myself. My guess is that if you were smooth and maintained 1g through the whole loop, they shouldn't be freeked out at all.

It is a posative G manuever and if done correctly and coordinated they would not know the difference. Neither would you if one could keep his eyes closed through out the roll. Smooth is good...

The dogs are pretty ambivalent to anything so long as it's positive G and not too bumpy. Of course sometimes you get a dalmation that insists on barking the entire trip...
