Hello all - I'm looking to do some block time leasing to a local pilot (CFII) and was looking for some pointers. We've got insurance worked out, as well as rates, scheduling, philosophies, etc. Last thing, really, is to work out a lease agreement. Basically "non-equity partnership."
Does anyone have any good references to agreements that we can use as a starting point? We're (plane, LLC, and both pilots) based in Virginia, so we're hoping that someone locally has gotten contract verbiage already worked out.
And yes, to head off the haters, we will be having an aviation attorney do a proper review of what we come up with, but we'd like to go in somewhat educated and prepared first.
