Line Up and Wait
Sent the 182RG prop out for overhaul, and it's seen it's final revolution. Thinking 3-blade replacement.
So far, we've come to grips with the fact we'll lose about 30 lbs. useful compared to the 2-bladed, but confirmed the CG will still be good on our airplane.
Black Max install is about 5 pounds lighter than Top Prop, aluminum vs. steel blades, and single-piece hub. All presumed advantages? Looking for feedback on Black Max, Top Prop, or both. Thanks!
