Nah, Marine CH-53 did some years back. UH-60 crashed off Destin, FL 2 years ago though in bad weather.

Nighttime, low altitude, over water with NVGs. Not much room for error.

The army has 2300+/- of them, probably the single biggest fleet in army aviation. When looking at how often a UH-60 goes down, it always has to be seen relative to the sheer number of them flying.

Actually, last year, there were 2 CH-53E's that collided off Oahu during night operations killing all 12 on board both aircraft.
