Best way to register an acft.

Hi everyone.
Is there a procedure to register, maybe a PO Box, and maintain your privacy?

I believe you can register as a citizen, as a resident alien, or as a corporation. If registering as a corporation, you still have to identify an individual a trustee. I know some people set up LLCs (Limited Liability Corporation) to hold assets like aircraft. I'm not sure its worth it for most of us. Unless you're doing it in order to pass on your assets to an heir or heirs as part of some estate plan, probably easier to just register in your name.

But, what do I know? You should seek legal counsel! ;-)
