Best VFR route to KJAC from SW

I am looking at flying KRNO to KJAC (Reno, NV to Jackson, WY), VFR C182.

What is the best route through the mountains just west of there?

I am thinking…

from just north of TigerT (U78) (south edge of Blackfoot Reservoir)…
to the pass just east of the town of Wayan…
then north to Alpine (46U)…
then following Hwy 26 east and then north to KJAC.

Any thoughts on this?
