Optimum No Rense. It comes very concentrated, so it lasts a long time. Adam's Waterless Wash is good too.

It's a joke. When I worked in steel, we would "blast clean" with sand. Shiniest you'd ever see it.

Yes. Spray on liberally and wipe off with microfiber towels. https://www.theragcompany.com/ is a good source for cheap towels

Yep. On my plane, I use wash wax all on the windshield and leading edges (club plane uses lemon pledge), aviation simple green for the more stubborn grime.
