I gues I'm a dinosaur, but this is a great app! Instead of having to create playlists on my iPod, this program will let me play music from a certain era all night long. Great for parties. Am I that far behind the times?

It's okay...but I'm sorta off it. I find the genius iTune playlist to be superior and it's MY music...meaning I can pick an exact song I want to hear and play it. Try that with Pandora, it won't work.

Don't get me wrong, if you just want background noise of a particular era then Pandora is what you want.

What I really like about it is finding new artists similar to the ones you like.
Well, that and finding my piddly little band's album on it!
I've found lots of good music from Pandora and Amazon.com's suggestions.

Exactly Mr Boss

How are ya by the way!?

It is a nice app. Some of the play lists are kinda lacking. I created a couple and sat down one night and spent a few hours adding different artists and seeds to customize it for me. It has some potential , but it also has some things I do not like. I pay for the service , so It's not interrupted by the ads , but I do not like the max numbers of skips.

I dumped the XM I had in my work truck , and replaced it with my ipod and pandora. It works well tethered to my work droid for the data, but the down side is when I hit an area with no 3g.

I love Pandora and stream it at the gym, and on long bike rides and motorcycle rides.

But for those that have Androids or jail broke IPhones, check out Grooveshark. They have cool playlists and also give you the ability to search out specific songs, not just artists & similar genre and make playlists of them.

The secret of getting a good playlist on Pandora is to choose just the right artist or song, and make a station of it.

Im with you on this one, I dont have my own music on my iphone though so I use pandora. When im running/jogging and trying to be in the zone... it kinda takes me out of the zone when I have to click to the next song cause Kelly Clarkson decides to pop up....
