Best Day to go to Sun N Fun?

I live outside Orlando and always try and make the trip over for a day to go to Sun N Fun. I always go on the weekend. It seems some of the better acts have left by then. I am thinking of going tomorrow/Tuesday, opening day. I will have to eat some PTO to do it. I can't go this weekend due to a step brother in-law wedding...

Is it worth going on opening day?
Have all the Vendors and Acts arrived yet?

This year, with the French Air Force team performing tomorrow, it might be a great day to go. Unfortunately, I won't get in myself, until late afternoon. Planning for Wed/Thursday, and see what opportunities open up for Fri/Saturday. In the past, I've begun the journey north on Friday, but I have all week to play this year.

All I know is that historically the day I go will pour down rain or be insanely crowded. I'll be there 2 or 3 days this year, so you're screwed.

Seriously though, any day not the weekend is the best day in my experience.

Weds. is the night air show. Thursday you have the group of P-51's and the Blue Angels

the first day or the last is always a treat. To watch ine arrivals and departures is quite a sight.
