Hey, that's what my CFI said as we were going out to Michigan in my recently purchased Skyhawk for a job interview he had just after I got my private. We were IFR and in and out of the clouds the whole way (my first time) and while it wasn't really training for my instrument rating, which I got several years later, I learned a lot. Anyway, that's what he told me just before he took off his headset to remove his sweater. Obviously, I didn't since I'm here to tell the tale.
