I’d have to ask, what kind of flight? Seemed like a casual ‘repositioning’ or pleasure flight? Just like anyone else, one needs favorable WX to do it within safety margins. Those margins can at times be measured in fractions, though eventually Mr Murphy will come a calling.

Ugh...In that video you can actually see the pilot outside the copter, but still held by the seatbelt.
