Been waiting 12 years to post this!

Out today for two hours doing stalls, spiral dive recover, emergency descents and crosswind landings. Unlike the cherokee the break at the stall is pretty significant, The Cherokee just mushes it nose down the Bo is BAM! nose drops and its seems to want to drop a wing but not so much that it is an issue.

Thing was I was haging on the prop and had the throttle at idle and I really had to get the nose up there. I was doing around 40 kts and it just hung in the air. Pretty amazing.

The emergency descents were a hoot too. drop gear pull power and it just noses straight down at 120kts very cool sight picture ears popped a bit but it was fun.

The one thing I have to keep remembering is that there is 2000' ring of the Philly Bravo off the departure end of 24 at Wings. Wings is under the 3500' ring. In the Cherokee it would take quite an effort to get to the 2000' ring. In the Bo I'm there in no time at all so I really have to keep an eye on the climb.
