Bears get an "R" rating???

Sitting in traffic yesterday (a regular thing here in Atlanta) I looked at an ad on the side of a MARTA bus for the movie "Captivity". Looking down next to me was the ratings box. Now, some of these things are definitely "R" material.
1. Strong Violence, Yup
2. Torture, I agree, unless it's waterboarding, which we all know ain't really torture, you only think you're drowning.
3. Pervasive terror. OK
4. Grizzly Images. I'm not too sure why bears are even being tortured here. They may get violent....
5. Language. It's pretty obvious that language, or at least grammer is being tortured here.
6. Some sexual material. Depends.

honestly. nothing worth talking about. Sigh. Woulda been better if they HAD have had bears in it.
