How many times has that company gone TU?
When the "new" version started, I cautioned those who asked that the only thing "new" meant was that "old" had gone broke and the warranties were no longer worth anything, assuming they might have been worth something before. Based on the information in the other posts, the reasons they went broke before were the same reasons they're struggling now.
